These direct mount chainrings are designed for SRAM cranks with 8-bolt mounting and are optimized for SRAM Transmission mountain groupsets and T-Type chains.
These chainrings are equipped with the patent-pending Drop-Stop® B asymmetrical tooth design for the best in wear life, mud clearance, and chain retention. Drop-Stop® B chainrings are designed for use with 1x9, 1x10, 1x11, and 1x12 drivetrains, compatible with all 10-, 11-, and 12-speed chains, with the exception of Shimano 12-speed chains. Shimano 12-speed chains require the use of Wolf Tooth's Shimano 12-speed specific chainrings.
The 3mm offset is for SRAM MTB cranks with DUB WIDE spindles that are already at the 55mm chainline required for SRAM T-Type Transmission groupsets. The 0mm offset is for SRAM XX1 SL cranks with DUB spindles to move the chainline from 52mm to 55mm.
These direct mount chainrings will replace your existing chainring and spider or replace a direct mount chainring for SRAM T-Type Transmission AXS cranksets, SRAM Transmission 70 and 90 cranks, 2025 Cane Creek eeWings Titanium Cranks (8-bolt), and other cranks that use the 8-bolt standard. SRAM T-Type Transmission DUB Wide MTB cranksets use the 8-bolt direct mount standard.
