This Sugino CBBF bottom bracket is ideal for setting up Sugino RD2 or XD2 cranksets on your British-threaded road frame.
This quality, sealed JIS square taper bottom bracket is offered in the common 103mm length for most of Sugino's square taper road double cranksets. The CBB series bottom brackets have steel cups, axles, and sealed bearings for stiffness, proper installation, and long-term durability under daily use. The JIS 4-taper spindle will work with any compatible crankset.
With its 1.37x24T (BSA) threading for 68mm bottom bracket shells, the CBB-103 will be the proper bottom bracket for many non-Italian threaded steel road frames from the mid-1970s on. If you are not sure what your frame calls for, or what your existing bottom bracket is, you can measure the length of the shell with calipers, as well as the existing square taper spindle. If you need more information beyond that, you should consult with a knowledgeable bike mechanic.
