If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

A Shimano GRX610/820 blended group keeps shifting precise and reliable, while KingPin suspension takes the sting out of rough terrain. WTB tires keep you connected to the trail, making every ride a good one—whether it’s a quick lap or a full-day escapade. It is suitable for gravel riding and racing, bikepacking, and going hard and long on dirt or pavement.

KingPin is Cannondale's lightweight, go-for-longer rear suspension. Maintenance-free and complexity-free, it gives the Topstone frame legit rear-wheel travel without compromising stiffness for the sprint. KingPin provides a smoother ride, more traction to push harder, and more give to take on the rough stuff. The StashPort storage system in the downtube is designed to be concealed yet convenient. Paired with the special StashBag, you can bring your essentials along for the ride. Multiple mounting points on the frame mean more gear and more adventures. Proportional Response Construction means everything from the carbon layup to the geometry on Topstone is individually tuned by frame size, ensuring the bike works in harmony to give you the best ride for your dimensions.
